Contract Medical Device Labels

Custom disposable medical labels are manufactured, die cut, printed, converted, coated and shipped worldwide from our manufacturing facility. MLS's services range from master roll distribution of medical foams and tapes to custom die cut components with tight tolerances. Our experienced medical device engineering and design team will work closely with you on material selections such as surgical tape, medical adhesive, woven and non-woven materials, polyurethane, polyethylene and tissue. We work with adhesives such as epoxies, acrylics, natural silicones, modified silicones, hydrocolloids, hydrophilics, high density foams and low density foams. Medical Label Supply follows the strict FDA regulations of cGMP compliance to 21 CFR 820 for the manufacturing, packaging, and storage of medical devices.

Medical Label Substrates

MLS label printing and conversion works closely with 3M and has access to unique materials and processes including precise laser die cutting for microfluidics applications and a top of the line clean room. We can provide medical printing, converting, coating, die cuttting, skiving, splicing and other finishing processes. Our in-house designer assets include optical registration, in-line inspection systems, and cleanroom and humidity-controlled environments for clinical trial labels and intstruction books.
